To identify and provide medically related social services in order to promote and/or maintain resident functioning to achieve the highest, practical social, emotional and physical well-being.
Eligible for medical coverage on your first day of employment, all other benefits will be effective the 1st of the month following hire date!
Requirements:
40 hours per week - First Shift
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
On Call Weekend Rotation
Bachelor Degree of Social Work
A minimum of one year experience in a health care setting, working primarily with geriatrics.
